activity feed problem

Discus and support activity feed problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when I go to my friends page on the xbox one dashboard the activity feed is now displaying things from 14 days ago. it was yesterday displaying things...     activity feed problem


    when I go to my friends page on the xbox one dashboard the activity feed is now displaying things from 14 days ago. it was yesterday displaying things from hour and minutes ago. I know my friends have been on more recently than this. how do I sort this out.

    Hi TheRustyTowel,

    Sorry you're having problems with your activity feed. The first thing to try would be a hard reset of the console. To do this with your console on hold the power button down for about 5 seconds. Your console will quickly turn off. After that power it back
    on and test it out. If that doesn't work, then try removing your profile from the console and then adding it back again. Please see links below :) Let us know if this fixes your issue!

    Remove Account from Xbox -
    support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

    To add the account back, just go to the top left where you sign in, click add, and follow the steps :)

    I've still got the issue, tried all of the things recommended in this thread but the problem persists. I can't say exactly how long the problem has been there, I'd say at least 2 weeks now, it had stopped updating before the recent update so for me, it's
    not linked to that. I'm not in the preview program and I have just tried to update my activity feed a few minutes ago and it didn't work.

    This has happened to me also since console updated on Wednesday 13th May. Achievements for last 30 days also stuck on zero.. Tried to fix as advised but no joy.
