Activity feed problem since new update!

Since the new update my feed only shows the activity of one of my friends? All the activity that was there prior to the update except for that of this one friend is gone. What is going on here and is anyone else having this problem?

I am also having this exact same problem. Ever since the new update, my personal activity feed is blank, and none of my achievements or messages will show up on my Xbox one activity feed, my Smartglass app, or any of my friend's activity feeds. I am also
in the update preview program.

This is clearly related to the new update, please find a fix as soon as you can.

I'm only getting activity from certain friends. One, who is in my favorites, doesn't update at all. I'm not sure what the issue is.

 

And it started after the new update for you too?

 

Yes, everything seemed to work fine before the update. I noticed it right after. I have 50 friends on Live, but I'm now only getting activity updates for 5 of them.

 

I tweeted Xbox support and they said they were unaware of the issue. On a hunch, I checked and all 5 of the friends that I do have showing up were online 2 days ago, which is when I installed the update. Do you know if the person showing on yours was online
when you updated? I think it may be only showing the friends that were online when the update installed for some reason. I've tried restarting the console several times, all the normal stuff, but nothing has resolved it.

I kind of wonder how widespread this issue is? I would assume most people don't really pay close attention to the feed constantly, this could be affecting other people that haven't noticed it yet.

 

I am not sure but will check. I also tried some troubleshooting and couldn't get any results. I plan on calling support tomorrow morning to see if they are aware of this.

 

Xbox Support on Twitter recommended deleting my profile and re-downloading it. Since I had to leave for work I planned to do it when I got home tonight. Oddly, when I got home and turned on the Xbox, the issue had somehow resolved itself. If it's still not
working correctly for you then I would suggest re-installing your profile before calling them; "Remove through Settings > Sign-In & Security. Then just download it to the console again as normal." It's worth a shot.
