Activity feed not updating (region specific)

3 weeks ago my Activity Feed stopped working on Xbox One, xbox.com, Xbox app (Win 10), Smartglass app. Activity Feed doesn't display Friends' Achievements, Shared clips and Screenshots. Only status updates. My Activity Feed, Recent Activity and Achievements
sections are empty. Popular sections are also empty. On xbox.com, Xbox app and Smartglass these sections show some old X360 stuff only. This problem appears when Location is set to Czech Republic (or Slovakia, Hungary). Setting Location to another region (UK,
USA or any others) makes everything works perfectly.

Im using USA / English and US English right now, because it works well. Now I tried both regions (USA/Hungary) again, and checked what I can and the result is:

- I can share DVR/screenshot on twitter, activity feed on both regions

- My Showcase correct on both regions

- Activity feed seems the same on both regions

- Friend list on Hungarian region still shows "??? (Xbox 360)" USA is fine.

- Achievements app first can't start , try again later on Hungarian region, after several tries finally started.

It had worked fine all the time until 3 weeks ago when it stopped working. It's not like these features never work here...

 

Any news about this issue? I have exactly same problem (region Slovakia).

Hey! Greece here! Exactly the same issue. What they are saying about availability is nonsense. This feature was available and broke. It is ridiculous to tell us that this isn't available, as the posts ARE THERE. If someone from US or other region comments
on an Xbox One clip that we made, we can see it through the notifications and view the whole post. It just isn't appearing. Also, why have a link for the popular that shows an error, if this isn't supported? And finally, why break a feature an make it unsupported
without any notice? These all are just ridiculous! I also called text support, and phone support and they both checked and confirmed that these features are available in our regions. I have talked with support guys many times, and contacted phone support for
this too. They are aware of this issue and are working on a fix, however, no ETA is provided. I also reported an issue with the achievements page, where some broken links cause the 360 games to not have icons, and they fixed it, but despite me clearly mentioning
that this affects Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, they only fixed that for Greece as far as I can tell. So hopefully, we just wait for them to update it.

 

Addition to previous post: If you head to the home page, and look at the left panel (recently played), the Xbox One games are also missing from there. Now, if you want to believe, that viewing our recently played games, is a feature that suddenly became
unsupported on our regions and we now can't view what games we have played, then something is going wrong with Microsoft.

 

I called Greek phone support and they also told me that they are working on fixing these. The best thing you can do is call your local support and let them know. They are better equipped to handling these matters and they are actually aware of the features
that are available in our regions.

 

Just another addition. Xbox 360 games that become backwards compatible, also loose their icons on the home page and appear blank! Check this on your own

account.xbox.com/.../social . So, according to Microsoft, we will be "losing support" even for our 360 games until every last of them has become backwards compatible and then what? Come on, lets face it there is something wrong with our home pages cooperation
with the Xbox One platform!

 

If you apply the February update on the console, the home page is fixed for the console. However, because they probably didn't take the time to fix it properly, some issues still remain.

• On the console, you can't see "Trending on Xbox" tab. It will appear empty.
• On the console, if you head to a friend's profile, or a game's profile, "Captures" tab will be empty.
  
• On Xbox.com and Xbox App, if your location is Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary or Slovakia, home page will still be broken. (links:
  
  CZ,
  GR,
  HU,
  SK).
• On Xbox.com, it is impossible to see the Popular tab. It reports an error. (links:

  GR,
  HU,
  SK).

There is also a feeback thread in the 2nd place on Xbox.com category of the feedback site. You can vote there guys and tell your friends to vote too.

 

All issues were fixed today accross all platforms.
