Activity Feed not updating on Xbox One, SmartGlass, or Account.xbox.com website...

Last time you were able to successfully update your Activity Feed:

The last time i had a working Activity feed was on may 6.

When did you notice this issue:

Well i notice the problems when my Showcase was not showing anything and my recent Achievement that day never appeared on my activity feed. When i noticed the problem i went to my profile and all my activity from the day before just vanished.

Any error messages or error codes you receive:

When I try to post on Xbox One, SmartGlass, or xbox.com it gives me the spinning white circle but no update post. And when i try to share something in my showcase it gives me the error message "Something went wrong.

Does the issue persist on Xbox.com (make a test post in the 'Got something to say?' field):

Yes the problem persists since may 6 and when i try to post something on
" Got Something to say " it never shows up.

Does the issue persist on the Xbox One SmartGlass app?: yes the same

Type of device used for SmartGlass? Include phone model and OS (Windows Phone, iOS, Android):

Android 4.4

BLU 6.0 HD

SmartGlass version (found in app Settings): Version 2.4.1505.18000

When did you notice this issue: end of April/beginning of May

Any error messages or error codes you receive: If I try to share something to my Showcase I get 'Sorry, something went wrong. Cannot share at this time'. If I try to share to my Activity Feed it says it was successful, but nothing is actually
posted.

I am having the same issue. I'm not in the preview program, but am up to date on my XB1 software version. None of the achievements I've earned in the last few weeks are showing up in my activity feed, and the leaderboard shows me as having 0 gamerscore
in the last 30 days.

Ok, something must have changed because I just tried to post on xbox.com using "Got something to say..." and it posted!

I also checked on my XBox One and my Activity feed is showing old posts again, as well as my Showcase. I was able to change my Showcase items.

It appears that my Activity feed is working normally again as of this moment, but I will keep testing it. What ever you guys did back at Xbox HQ, I hope it doesn't get accidentally undone!

Good News....My activity feed just began working today.... i can see my showcase, old posts and i can post using "Got something to say.. and it worked.... i hope the fix HQ did is the right one...

Hey Hamgaber and Aeriobot 24,

Great to hear it all seems to be working now!

There was a small change made to the Activity Feed the other day, in regards to adding feed items for defriending someone and changing gamertag, whether this fixed it or not I do not know, but it's good that everything is working at this moment for you.

Be sure to post back if you experience any further issues!

 

Just checked mine and it is now showing everything from before the issue started, which was 19 days ago. I can also now share things to my activity feed so it seems to be fixed.

well got some bad news the activity feed problems have come back...my activity feed does not update it only shows stuff from 19 days ago...and i cant use the "Got something to say " because i write something and it does not show up...
