Activity Feed not updating on Xbox One, SmartGlass, or Account.xbox.com website...

I am having the following problem:

My Activity Feed stopped working within the past week. I have 2 Xbox Ones and it is happening on both. My wife and daughter's activity feeds on both Xbox Ones are updating fine, so I do not think this could be a console issue. Here are the
issues:

1. On Friends App under my profile screen, my Activity Feed is blank. Nothing I do shows up here (posting comments, sharing items, screenshots, clips, recent achievements, etc.)
   
2. My friends cannot see me post anything or any of the updates mentioned above.
   
3. My wife's account can do all of these things on both consoles, mine cannot.

What I have tried to no avail:

1. Hard resetting multiple times while logged in and logged out.
2. Resetting from System > Power.
3. Deleted/Removed my Xbox live profile and added it back.

I believe this issue is most likely not related to my Xbox One consoles (hardware) since it is happening on both, unless they are both experiencing the exact same issue at the same time. If so, why are not other Live accounts on either consoles
affected?

It seems as if something with my actual account is messed up since it is also affecting SmartGlass and account.xbox.com.

ADDENDUM:

I am convinced that this problem has nothing to do with my actual Xbox One consoles since I just tried posting an Activity Feed update on both SmartGlass AND the account.xbox.com Profile homepage.

I cannot update my Activity Feed at all, no matter the place (2 Xbox consoles, SmartGlass, Xbox website).

Why would a problem on my local Xbox console prevent me from posting to my Activity feed using a PC on account.xbox.com?

ADDENDUM #2:

I tested adding a simple text Activity Feed post via the account.xbox.com homepage on a completely different network (to eliminate my home network as preventing me from posting) --> it didn't work either.

This also appears to point to an account problem, not a Xbox One hardware issue. Any help is appreciated!

Activity Feed Issues

Still happening. My activity feed is not updating on the Xbox One or Smartglass. My game history seems fine, however and achievements are popping. Whats going on MS?

EDIT: As of this edit (5/17/2015 4:37PM central), I also just noticed that my Forum Avatar card (to the left of this post) is missing my recent Achievement icons... Could this have something to do with my account issue?

 

It's looking like they don't have any idea how to fix this, which is very frustrating. The only possible solutions being offered are to power cycle and remove your profile, and as we know this does not work.

I really hope this thread will finally get some answers about this issue, as none of the other threads I've posted in have.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I am in the preview program. I have a few friends in the program and they are not experiencing this. Is this a known issue? Would being in the preview program affect me posting Activities on account.xbox.com (which doesn't work
either)?

My wife's account is also in the preview program and she is not experiencing this issue, if this helps.

OBSERVATION: If you all want to take a look at my wife's working account ("Snoppies") and compare it to mine, maybe there's some difference in the database or something that's causing this.

 

Sorry to jump in to your thread again but I'd just like to say that I'm not in the preview program, and I have this issue

 

No problem, chalky83! We're having the same issue so hopefully the more info we can give them, the faster a fix will be found.

 

NEW OBSERVATION:

When I try to share an achievement to My Showcase I get the following message:

"Something went wrong" and "Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while." (I wonder what actual error/status code was generated?)

Since this issue started, my Showcase is now empty when it previously had 3 or 4 items in it.

 

Hello..Im having the same problems since may 6. I've called phone support a lot of times with no luck. I hope a fix comes soon because this is so Frustrating.

 

I get the same message when trying to share to showcase, if I share to my activity feed it says it has worked but nothing is actually posted

  I don't know exact date since my Feed posts are all empty now, but I remember posting an image around 5/9 - 5/11 and it appeared on my feed.
  
  
• When did you notice this issue:
  
  When I got an Achievement playing AirMech on 5/12 --- it didn't post to my feed. On this day I noticed that I still had some of my older Activity posts appearing, but others did not (like new Achievements). I also tried
  broadcasting Warframe on Twitch and the standard " is broadcasting Warframe" did not appear on my Activity Feed. I believe the next day all of my Activity posts were gone although I still had my Showcase working. A day or so later my Showcase was empty.
  It seemed as if my Activity feed record slowly vanished (like Marty's photo in Back to the Future!) as opposed to disappearing all at once.
  
  
• Any error messages or error codes you receive:
  
  When I try to post on Xbox One, SmartGlass, or xbox.com the spinning circle appears and then the screen refreshes with no error message and no updated post. When I try to add a new item to my (now) blank Showcase, it spins
  then gives me the error message "Something went wrong." Suggestion: Add an error code to all failure messages (like Showcase)

  Yes, the problem persists. When I post on Xbox.com, the spin graphic appears and after a few seconds the screen refreshes with no error message or updated post.

  Yes, same result as Xbox.com and Xbox One. If this issue is solely caused by the Xbox One, then it is much more powerful than any of us ever imagined...

NEW EXPERIMENT: I just posted a text comment to one of my friend's Activity posts via Xbox.com and it worked. I also clicked on the heart icon and it worked as well... So I can post on others' posts, but not
create any of my own.
