Activity Feed Issue

Did everything, nothing helped

I tried to share achievement into Activity Feed and Showcase - didn't work. Same message as Renatka82 wrote.

Thank you for continuing to update us with this information. Let's try a few additional troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• From the Dashboard, press the Menu button on your controller.
• Select Settings and then select Disc & Blu-ray.
• Under the Blu-ray selection, select clear persistent storage. Make sure to clear your persistent storage 3 times.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, wait 5 minutes and then power on your console.
  
• From the Dashboard, navigate to the Achievements app.
• Select a game or an app.
• Select an achievement and then select share achievement.
• Select Activity Feed and then select share this.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still unable to update your activity feed. Thanks in advance!

 

I cleared the persistent storage and did the rest but it didn't help.

I guess my Xbox One is haunted

I followed the steps and the result is still the same: I cannot share achievements, and the same error message comes up.

If possible, are you able to sign into a different Xbox One console and try updating your activity feed? If you are able to, please give this a try and let us know if you are continuing to experience the same issue.

 

Hello Mister Quimby - I've tried your steps in the previous page and unfortunatelly it didn't help. Also I'm not sure if it is related but "Popular with friends" box is always grey for me - nothing is updated there too!

I would like to try it on a different Xbox One but unfotunatelly all my friends have still Xbox 360...

 

I changed region on my xbox one to United Kingdom and everything is working!

Popular with friends, activity, sharing achivements to showcase etc works.

The same is on xbox.com. When I have region Czech Republic and go to activity I get 'no activity in last 30 days'. When I change region to UK all friends activity is showing.

I guess Czech Republic region setting is somehow bugged so I am 'moving' to UK and go back to Czech Republic only when byuing things on xbox live

 

Can anyone help me figure out my account I trying to find some direct help

 

I will try to switch the country to UK then - thanx for the tip Tpr Santa78 - btw. I guess it shouldn't be like that since Czech Republic is officially supported coutnry by Xbox - it should be fixed there too...

 

I can confirm that switching of the countries fixing the problem. When I've switched Czech Republic to United Kingdom - all activitiy feeds are working - sharing of the achievements working. Everything is OK.

This has to be regional issue then.

 

Confirmed in Hungary as well. Switching location to UK solves the issue.

 

Please Xbox team can you check it so it will work also for us in Europe region?

I guess the workaround isn't the best solution...

 

Same problem here,and iam in the UK. Had the same issue at the end of October as well. Was working fine until yesterday. Now its showing no activity since 29 days ago and I'm unable to upload anything like clips or comments. Please fix this as last time
it was nearly 4 weeks before it was fixed..

 

I'm still having the same problem now in which that my friends activities appear but none of my activities appear for me this includes game clips and achievements any help please?
