Activity Feed Extremely Broken Please Read

Hello, My Gamertag Is *Murda* and ever since the new Summer Update from about a week and a half ago my Activity Feed and a lot of others that I know are experiencing a very *broken* Activity Feed.. Anything That I post to my Activity Feed is strangely deleting
itself on it's own and can no longer be seen by myself or others. Although I can actually see it post on the feed and a gain a few likes for the first couple of minutes, it then disappears and is no longer seen by the community, This is also happening to my
gameclips as well. And now.. Anytime I go to own my profile to scroll down my own Activity Feed, It's showing me content from 40+ days ago.. Not what I did that same day or the day before etc etc.. It's extremely broken right now and also extremely annoying
and I am not the only one experiencing this problem. I've tried multiple Cache clears & Hard resets hoping it will fix my Activity Feed but it's actually a deeper issue than that.. Please Respond back to me ASAP I would greatly appreciate it.. This is a HUGE
problem in the community right now.. Thank you

General issues since last 2 updates

I've also made a post on this forum titled "Activity Feed Extremely Broken Please Read" Regarding the same issue LittleMissLisa7 is having.. This is something that a "Power Cycle" "Remove Profile" "Clear Cache" Cannot fix because I have done so numerous
times since experiencing this issue for a few days now.. My feed will not load correctly.. Showing me items from 45+ days ago.. And any Gameclip I create or text post I write and Video clip I share from a friend will disappear from my feed after posting for
about 5 minutes... This issue has come about with the new "Summer" update. It needs a serious fix ASAP

Hey Murda! Have you tried doing a power cycle or a hard reboot of the console? This might help it get back up to speed again. To power cycle hold the power button on your console until it turns off then wait 15 seconds and turn back on.

Hard reset hold the power button on your console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and outlet for a minute while it's unplugged press the power button 4 or 5 times then after a minute plug everything back in and power back on
to see if the issue is resolved. Hope this helps!

 

Yes @ Maximum I had tried clearing the cache and also hard resetting unplugging the console from the wall and back of the box itself to fix this issue but nothing has worked as of yet.. There are about 50 other people I know very active in the community
experiencing this same exact issue as well.. I try refreshing my own activity feed and it only shows me content from 40+ days ago.. Sometimes switching to 20+ days ago and sometimes showing nothing at all.. It's been happening to me for the past few days becoming
very difficult for me to support people in the community. This reminds me of the time when Xbox had to individually fix profiles of people who couldn't Like or Share a few months back.. I'm really hoping you guys can find the exact root of the issue and fix
it immediately

 

I've exactly the same problems and its really annoying. I like the activity feed but I wish it would be a little bit more reliable.

 

Having the exact same problem. Activity feed just won't update. Been like this for days now. Need a response on this from MS. Power cycled countless times, redownloaded profile, nothing fixes it.

 

This also includes Smartglass and the Windows 10 App. Nothing works correctly.

 

Yes @Y2Cra My Smartglass and Xbox APP on PC are affected as well.. None of the Activity Feeds are working properly on either platform.. Still waiting for an official response

 

These activity feed issues were happening a little while back (but not this bad). I'm hoping that this will be fixed as soon as possible... I'm also experiencing freezing on my Xbox like never before. When I double tap the home button, the console locks
up and tells me something is wrong.

 

I've Also experienced the console lock up with "something went wrong please try again" The best solution I have found is to press ok and double tap the home button again until the message re-appears. On the 3rd try it will unlock and show your guide open
on the left hand side.. It takes 3 attempts after it locks up on the first try.. Very annoying but that solution has worked best for me. Power cycles & hard resets are USELESS for that matter as well.

 

Having the same issue. Things were in my feed, now they're gone and there's only 2 things in my feed from 15 days ago, before I even got my Xbox One console. Everything I've done in the last almost 2 weeks vanished. I started a thread about it today. Hoping
we get some information.

Same here but more annoyingly I don't get any achievements unlocking now. This has been for the last three days. Tried all the trouble shooting steps and simply told by MS that it is a problem in game, despite it happening now to ALL games. Also they
said on the phone that they didn't have an answer and that the forum would fix the issue if I asked...? Surely it is a problem on their servers!!??

 

I'm inclined to believe what PurpleNurpe said in my post that there's an OS issue that'll need to be patched, though I'm not having any issues with achievements not unlocking just the feed on my profile not updating correctly. My activity shows up in the
feed on xbox.com, not when I view my profile on the console, so I don't think it's a server issue. But I could be wrong.
