Activity Feed displays "something went wrong with loading this info" error

Yesterday I was having an issue in the Xbox app on my Windows 10 computer with my recent achievements were not showing in the activity feed. I went into Settings in the app and signed out and I signed back in to try to fix it but that didn't work. Now, it
is displaying the following error message below:

"Something went wrong with displaying this info. Try again later.

Something went wrong."

I have tried many steps to resolve this issue. I can visit Xbox.com and sign into my account and view my activity feed just fine. The problem is the Xbox app on Windows 10.

XBox version: 24.27.17008.00000

Steps I have taken to resolve this issue:

1) Tried going to Settings -> App and Features -> Xbox App -> Advanced Options -> and pressing Reset.

2) I have latest updates from Windows updates.

3) Tried my second computer running Windows 10. The same thing happens.

4) Used a family computer (3rd computer) and created a new account. I signed into the Xbox app using my account. Same thing occurs.

5) I had a family member sign into their account and see if they had any issue. No problems.

6) I used the Xbox app on my Android phone and checked. The activity feed shows up fine there.

7) Rebooted the cable modem and router (all computers use the same network).

8) NAT type is Open.

If anybody has any suggestions that would be great.

Any ideas?

Activity Feed is broken

my activity feed seems to be fixed now. although i still cannot share a game clip to my activity feed. i get the "something went wrong, try again." error.

 

Activity feed and GameDVR not working

I have several strange and annoying problem. First my activity feed on xbox app on win10 is not updating any more (it's updating everywhere ells on xbox, on web) and Game DVR (on this PC part) is broken too "Something went wrong with loading this info. Try
again later." Can I fox that somehow? Because I like using this features on xbox app....

We understand that you are having issues viewing your Activity Feed on the Xbox app. We appreciate all the initial troubleshooting steps that you have done. However, if you are experiencing this issue a few hours ago, we would like to inform you that there
is an ongoing service alert on Xbox services. You can check it on this
link.

We recommend that you check it after 24-48 hours. If after Xbox service is already up and running and you still have the same issue, we recommend that you restart your router.

I was aware of the ongoing service alert but the problem happened before that. This problem started about two days ago not recent. It is still currently not loading the activity feed. I also noticed someone else who is also experiencing this problem and
was posted in the Xbox Forum. Click here.

 

I just checked again in the Xbox app and everything seems to be working again on both of my computers. The Activity Feed is now working. Whatever the problem was this is now resolved.
