Activity Feed Disappeared - 3rd Time

I'm sorry to hear that this is still persisting. I recommend to try resetting the console since the
problem that is causing this could be in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while
keeping games and apps) Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do manual setup. Give it a
shot and let us know of any changes!

Thanks for the reply. I'll be honest, I did try that before posting but I honestly got tired of trying to contact support and being taken around in circles! I couldn't even initiate a chat because it kept sending me around in circles.

Even if I did manage to locate the center of the support site labyrinth I'd only be told the following:

1. Conduct a cold shut down by holding the power button for ...........

2. Conduct a reset.............

3. We've made this a priority issue.......

4. And then........crickets......

This is the 3rd time that this has happened and I have already sought guidance from support and done everything they suggested for the first 2 times - to no avail. It's clear that they don't the reason or aren;t prepared to follow through beyond the initial
prompt sheet of troubleshooting that they are referring to.

That's why I thought I'd ask here within the community to see if anyone has had the same issue. I don't want to waste time with support because I've already done so twice for the exact same issue and it's clearly either beyond their scope or something that
they don't wish to entertain.

Same here. My entire feed disappeared recently and only shows one achievement I unlocked a few days ago and a pinned video clip from over 3 years ago. I contacted Xbox Support via chat and the rep told me she notified her manager and that a programmer has
to fix it.

Please, if any mods see this, can they look into this?

I earned an achievement and it appeared in both activity feeds soon after I earned a second achievement And it appeared in both feeds but the first achievement disappeared from the feed
