My activity feed is having problems too, my recent activity from yesterday (screenshots, achievements and friend adds) is not showing up in my feed everytime I go to my profile, it's only showing activity from days and weeks ago

Can you help fix it for me please?

Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could investigate why the images and screenshots are cropped in the Xbox app. Kindly provide us the following information:

• Can you check if your computer installed the latest Windows 10 Update?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, I recommend that you reset the Xbox app by performing the following steps:

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
4. Select the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your computer.

I reset Xbox app and restart pc but same problem!

Windows 10 1709, same problem on 1607!

 

I appreciate your reply. Have you tried signing in your account on another computer to check if you will get the same issue? Let's try to uninstall the Xbox app on your computer by performing the following steps:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
   
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
   
4. Hit Enter.  
5. Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox app.

Thank you for giving us an update. If this happens on another computer, it's possible that it's part of the updates made on the Xbox app. May I know if you were able to see the full image before when using the Xbox app on your computer? Also, have you recently
installed the latest Windows Update on your computer?

 

Yes, I've seen the whole picture before. Last year I think. I did not install the latest update. I have read that there are many problems with the games.

Can an email notification be made every time you respond? Thanks

 

I'd like to delete all the captures once, not each one. For a quick release of space. May I?

 

Thank you for bringing this up. Normally, you can only delete captures one at a time when managing game captures in the Xbox app. However, having the ability to delete multiple captures at once will be a very cool idea to have in the Xbox app. I would recommend
that you share this with our Xbox team by using our Xbox UserVoice page. In this way, they can be able to consider it in the upcoming updates.

Thank you for the reply. Regarding on the cropped images in the Xbox app, possible that it's an issue on the app because we were able to validate that it also happens on another computer. Normally, reinstalling the app will help you to update it and should
be able to view full images on the Activity feed. Since reinstalling the app didn't work, I would recommend that you share this with our Xbox team as well by using the

Feedback Hub on Windows 10. The Feedback Hub app lets you tell Microsoft about any problems you run into while using Windows 10 and send suggestions to help us improve your Windows experience. Sending
a suggestion or reporting a problem can be as easy as finding feedback similar to yours and upvoting it.

To add a new feedback you may follow the steps below:

1. Select Add new feedback next to the search bar.
2. Tell us whether you’re sending a problem or suggestion.
3. In the Summarize your issue box, provide a concise but clear title for your problem or suggestion.

Come on, it is a issue with Xbox App. Please resolve it.
