Activity feed and showcase issue.

My activity feed has not updated for 24 days and as such, I can not edit my profile showcase either. I have tried everything short of a factory reset to resolve this issue and I do not see that as a viable option. I am a member of the dashboard preview program
and just downloaded the recent update on 11/20/14, hoping that it would fix the issue but it did not. Please, any Xbox reps look into this issue for me. Thank you.

This may not help but it does sound like an issue involving connections or the NAT. Maybe even try a wired connection if you are not at the moment.

 

This has nothing to do with NAT, mine is open and my Activity Feed hasn't updated for 25 days. I'm pretty sick and tired of the absolute lack of any support or resolution for this despite is clearly being a common issue. I have done EVERTHING. Sign in and
out, remove account and re add, hard reset, soft reset, cold boot, plug directly into the wall mains, tried posting to my activity feed to maybe give it a push and it never updated, removed myself from the beta preview, manually updated through settings, left
my activity feed open for about 18 hours hoping it would catch up. I am at my wits end. I quite like the Acitivity Feed and enjoy to 30 day gamerscore leaderboard (which is only showing 210gs despite be finishing 4 games) and none of it is working. Xbox One
has been a massive disappointment for me, I am beginning to regret upgrading

 

If you are on the preview program then you should post there and use the feedback app, I have just got another update 1411-141120-2130.

 

I was just using my experiences I was necessarily saying that that was the solution. It has worked for me in the past though.
