Activity alerts error

I keep getting an error message when I try to pull up my activity alert. The message says, "We cannot get your activity alerts right now! Try again later! Anyone out there having the same issue?

Thank you guys for your patience with this. Can you each tell me when your most recent Activity Alert was? For example, my most recent Activity Alert was "*Player Name* added you as a friend: 1m ago". Once you view your Activity Alert, the number displays
0 because it isn't a new alert, or marked as read. If you were to receive a new Friend Request, it should show as "Activity Alert: 1". If you view your Activity Alerts on a mobile device, it will show 0 on the console.

My profile keeps on displaying "0" activity alerts on the friends page since the October Update. When I go into the activity alerts page, it then shows I actually have new, recent activity. On the same Xbox One and network, my wife is able to see her
activity alerts notifications on the dashboard and in the friends page.

 

Try hard reset hold power button down on console for 8 secs

 

I have the same problem. I've tried resetting my Xbox One console four times now. And I've done a full power reboot once and it isn't helping the problem.

My friends list and activity feed work fine I just can't view my activity alerts, I just get the same error message as the OP.

 

I'm having the same issue. I've been "trying later" for about two days now, it's ridiculous. Everything else works perfectly fine besides that.

 

Hi. I'm the same aswell. At first I had the problems with the friends list not being available and now that xbox have fixed that my xbo is saying it can't access my activity centre try again later. What is going on. Resets do NOT work.

Did Xbox fix this? I just got off of the phone with Customer Service and they did not have a clue. I pay waaaaay too much money for this service to be having these multi-day issues. That PS4 is looking better and better each day.

 

I have same problem past few days, same error and everything. It says I have some alerts and I want see them!

The Activity Alert error should be resolved now. If you're still experiencing this issue, please go ahead and try a power cycle:

• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
• Unplug the power cable from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug in and power on the Xbox One console.
• Verify if the issue is resolved.

If after you try the steps above and you're still experiencing this issue, please let us know so we can get this sorted!

 

I am having this same error and I have rebooted my Xbox One twice. My activity alerts keeps displaying "0", after clicking on it, I can clearly see new updates. This only happened after the October Update.
