Activity Alerts displaying "0"

Discus and support Activity Alerts displaying "0" in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Same thing happening to me. People are liking my clips, but activity alert always shows '0'.     ^Exactly...im noticing people in the developers preview that are posting screenshots of their new backgrounds do have activity alerts working. Will this be fixed in the next update then?

    For clarification, are you looking at your Activity Alerts on your SmartGlass app first before you go to your Xbox One console? Can you post what version number the SmartGlass app you're using?

    No i look on my XboxOne console first.

    My Xbox Smart Glass version is : 2.21410.20000

    Same with me. I have the same version for Smartglass. I am looking on my console first as well. Right now my console says "0" activity alerts but my smartglass is saying I have "3 new activity alerts" I haven't clicked on it either or checked what the alerts
    are.

    Is there a fix in the works?

    Thanks for the info guys, all of this is helping a lot! Are you guys able to add your profile to another Xbox One console? If you can, download your profiles to a separate Xbox One console and let me know if you can see Activity Alerts load up correctly.

    Hey guys, would each of you be able to verify that your Xbox One console region matches the region you're physically in? It will help us out a lot! Thanks! To check your console region, follow the steps below.

    • On your Xbox One controller, tap the Menu button and select Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, select System.
    • Look at the information in Location and verify that matches your physical location.

    Hey guys, is there any way you can get your friends who are experiencing the same issue to hop in and post in this thread? The more data we can gather will help us with this issue. Additionally, Empire, were you able to try your account on a different console?
