Activity Alerts always 0

Firstly, I would like to apologise if this issue has already been discussed. Basically, a few weeks ago, my Activity Alerts stopped working, as did it for others I know. My Activity Alerts always shows 0, even if I do indeed have some new alerts (they
only show if I click the Activity Alert button). Any idea on when this will be fixed? Thanks

My most recent activity is :

"Roxyraider liked your activity - 14m ago"

On Xbox One my alert activity always at 0.

But if sometimes I look my Alert Activity on my mobile phone (Xbox smart glass) it works perfectly.

Same thing happening to me. People are liking my clips, but activity alert always shows '0'. Yet when I click on it, it shows my new alerts...

 

I've had this a couple of times and found simply doing a detailed network connection test has re-sync'd my account with the activity feed servers.

Yes it will carry over as the server is out of sync with your account. This will show on smartglass too. Give the test ago first then if that doesn't fix the issue try clearing persistent storage, clear it 3 times just to be sure you've got everything. After
that go to Network, advanced settings and find Alternate MAC address, click on that and clear it (Note* This will require a restart). See if that helps you.
