Activision Id and Xbox link

Dear community,

I have had a weird situation with linking of my Xbox account to activision.

When I started to play warzone it was mandatory to link the Xbox to get an Activision profile. So anytime logging in I just logged in via Xbox. Once I was logged in this week I unlinked my Xbox account and my Activision account was gone. All my stats are gone, all my purchases are lost and now I do not even own any game anymore. When I try to link it again it says I need to create an account. This was not mandatory one year ago. So I created a new account and everything is gone. I know that there is the option to merge two accounts and I created a ticket for it. The response I got now is that it is not possible. Can anyone recommend a solution? Best, Tom

Seems liketthey do not have a proper processing for this. Another reason to completely leave this org. Thanks for your answer though I already knew it. 😉😉

activision changed the linking process last year, only activision can assist you with this issue. i know if you unlink and link to a new account you are then locked out from changing the link for 12 months.

its not microsoft fault though, its the same for sony and battlenet on pc.

I found an answer myself. After pressing the password reset button nearly 2000 times with the email where Activision said there is no account, I got an email. Now I have access again, linked my Xbox and it works. For all having the problem. Try this and let me know if it works. 🙂🙂
