Activision banned my account after someone stole it. MW/Warzone

Hello XPR_Beta, unfortunately if you have been banned by the developer, unfortunately only they can help you.

As much as the company has been absorbed by Microsoft, they remain independent.

My Account of 11 years has been hacked; I made the switch to PC roughly eight months ago from ps4. Is there any way to physically have a phone conversation with a person or manager, this account is and has been very sentimental due to my older brother passing away. I had an install issue with the windows 11 monthly update and here in Alaska weather played a part in that the entire neighborhood lost power during the install process. I had to clear and reinstall windows, but I elected not to run windows 11 and keep the original windows 10. The main reason of this email is because I haven't played in almost 3 weeks. my Mother-in-Law was visiting Alaska for the first time, so the computer was unplugged and not in use while she was visiting. This has been devastating, to have to go through the mental trauma of having the windows issue, then to find out the account I've had and used for the last 11 years is banned. Please can someone please explain what has happened, and what can be done to resolve this status.



I've had the same account for 11 years and I have a download issue with windows 11 and have to reset my pc to factory settings, re download the entire game to be met with a perm ban with no explanation and not proof or evidence of why. This is a learning lesson, never to invest so much time and money into something so loosely covered by rights as a person and player. never will i ever play any activation games and I will make it a point to spread this information so all can see.



i just started trying to do YouTube videos of gameplay. Clearly, I'm not a hacker/data manipulator. It truly is a shame that players that clearly hack and cheat remain playing this game but long-time repeat players for (11 year) are treated and deleted in such way I have. absolutely appalling

summer 2023 is when the deal should be finalised, unless lawsuits slow it down more.

The deal to buy Activision/Blizzard isn't done yet & won't be for several months if it goes through.

You'll have to keep pestering Activision as there's nothing Microsoft/Xbox can do about it.

Activision has also not clarified if the DLC for Warzone will be immediate or if it will only release when the MW 2 Campaign mode is available to play on Xbox One.
