    Active temp suspension but unable to see it in history.


    I received a message and email saying I had enforcement action on my account but no idea what for. I spent an hour trying to find out what it was about and my enforcement history has no mention of it. I eventually reached a very helpful support agent called
    Jared H who advised me of a 7 day suspension but again, no idea what for. He asked I post here so I can get this either removed or made visible so I can submit a case review. Cheers

    Cant see my active suspension

    I received a ban on my account and it ended yesterday but i was still unable to communicate on Xbox live so i spoke with a few Xbox support members and they told me i have a active suspension until September which is a long time from now so i
    went to my enforcement history but i have no active suspensions. And since i am unable to see my suspension i can not submit a case review to talk to the enforcement team does anyone know of a way to fix this? and has this happened to any of you?

  3. Served my suspension now let me play!

    It didn't work. My enforcement history shows no active suspension but the little hammer icon is still yellow for some reason .

    Hey there VenturaChris,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    Make extra sure you're signed in with the profile that received the suspension so you can be able to take a look and file a review if eligible.
