Active suspension not showing?

    Active suspension not showing?


    My account has an active suspension against it that isn't even showing up. I dialed up support, and had a nice conversation about it with no resolve. I've been sent here to call out enforcment directly to get this issue delt with. Mark C. said he put a ticket
    with my GT and our conversation. Can I get some help?

    Active Suspension

    Sounds like it could be a billing issue.

    You would need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with this.

    Active Suspension

    I change the account gamer tag and now have an active suspension on this account. Just renewed gold membership on 3/19/14 any help would be appreciated.

    Also logging into console does not show Gold member.

    If it's still active, it should show you how long it is on the enforcement site. But if it's showing under completed suspensions, then it's already ended.

    Once the enforcement site shows the suspension, if it's still active and it's eligible, there will be an option for a case review.

    I have been perma suspended

    If the site is fixed, you'll be able to see your current suspension. As far as I know, it's not fixed yet. A permanent ban would show as an active suspension.
