    Hello!

    My 11 yr old son's xbox live account has an active suspension for a communication violation. It is marked ineligible for case review. As the person who pays for the xbox live service, as well as his mother, I am very concerned over this suspension and
    would like more information regarding the violation that occurred which led to the suspension. We purposely keep our xbox in a public place in our home so we can actively monitor our children's activities. We are not looking to fight this suspension, we would
    like to be informed of the specifics regarding the inappropriate behavior by our son so we can actively deal with this on our side. We appreciate xbox's policy in regards to this and want to ensure no further violations occur on our side, its not behavior
    we tolerate either.

    Any information about his suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. Even with a case review, the enforcement team will not give any other information.

    You will need to go to the
    Enforcement Website     to submit your case review for them to look this over.
