    Active suspension but not visible?


    Upon signing in today and trying to set up a raid on Destiny, I tried sending out a message to a player to find I have been suspended from the 'choose something else to do' message that appeared, I recently had a ban lifted and now I have another somehow,
    the previous was lifted upon a case review being filed, this time however when I go to check the details of my suspension on Xbox Enforcement the current suspension I am dealing with is not there as if I am not suspended, thus I cannot view the details of
    it and file a case review if possible, can an Enforcement member please assist me with this?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Any information about suspensions would be listed at http://enforcement.xbox.com

    My account has an active suspension against it that isn't even showing up. I dialed up support, and had a nice conversation about it with no resolve. I've been sent here to call out enforcment directly to get this issue delt with. Mark C. said he put a ticket
    with my GT and our conversation. Can I get some help?

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, and then re-adding the account.

    Sounds like it could be a billing issue.

    You would need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with this.
