    Hi, So i have a mid 2014 Imac that i bootcamp and got windows 10 on it.I have it on windows for lets say about 2 or 3 years and i never had any problems. Today i was trying to play my game That is Dahood on roblox and i play on 1080x1080 but it was not working. When i checked it showed that the active signal resolution was not working i even tried tricks and tips from youtube and microsoft support but still nothing so what i tried was

    1.Going in advanced graphics,List all modes and choose my display

    2.Use CRU and try to change resolution and even tried the refresh rate

    3.Change to another resolution(Both higher and a lower resolution than 1080x1080)

    so basically i tried everything and i cant get it to work. I only use the screen on the imac. No TVS AND MONITOR

    So i need someone to pls help me........ i am really mad and devastated right now

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting to the community.

    Since you are using Windows under Bootcamp on Macintosh, you can try reinstalling the Windows support software according to the corresponding Apple support page.

    If the game is still not working after you have done so, you should contact Apple and Roblox for further support.

    4k video support

    I believe Hydro was only stating that the apps and games, as of know have a limit of 1080p. Meaning that the Xbox One itself will not generate, via an App, nor pass through a 4k signal. Hopefully this will change soon, hence voting at feedback.xbox.com
    . Having stated that any signal your TV receives it should scale it to the native screen resolution of your TV. So if the Xbox sends a 1080p signal to your TV, the TV will upconvert it to the the native 4k resolution. Now granted it is not a true 4k signal
    as it only has the 1080p signal at its base. I have a Vizio 4k TV and this is true for my Xbox and Bluray player, they only transmit a 1080p signal but the TV will upscale it to the Vizio's panel resolution of 4k.

    Hope this helps and I didn't confuse the issue further.

    Hi

    If the television supports a 1080P signal then just set the console up to this resolution and enjoy playing the games there is no need to change the console to lower resolutions when playing some games.
