    Active Preview Member who lost access?


    Hello all,

    I've been loving being a part of the preview program for the last 7 months and have completed many quests and have tried to keep active on all the challenges and surveys to help test things out. However, for the past couple of days I have not been able to
    access the preview program. When I open up the Preview Dashboard I now have a "Thanks for joining!" message as says I will get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info. It seems like a couple other people are having this issue but I can't find
    a fix. I have also tried to hard reset to see if that would fix the issue to no avail.

    Any ideas would be a massive help because I really enjoy being on the cutting edge and trying things out! Hope you have a great day and thanks again!

    Can you still sign up for the preview prog

    Hi there, if you're trying to access the preview forums, you must first be a preview member.

    You cannot sign up to the preview program, you must be invited by someone on your friends list who is already in the preview program.

    If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

    EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

    If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

    Not every invite is successful.

    Can you guide me there then? Ive contacted Microsoft, and they don't support preview issues. I have been a member of the preview program for a little over a year now (actively participating) but i don't have access to the preview program forums. can someone
    please help?
