Active network connection

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

You will activate your phone's hotspot in your phone's network settings. You should find something related to ''hotspot'', after activating the hotspot you will connect to your console as if you were connecting to a wireless network in your home, for example.

It's important to check if the option to syncing the progress is activated, but in case you encounter the issue again and the option was successfully activated make sure to troubleshoot your network by following the troubleshooting steps listed here => Xbox Support

Try going wired it will fix the issue for the no active connection to the network.

Try going to your network settings and disconnect your active network and reconnect it. Then try testing your xbox live connection.
