    Hi Microsoft,

    I can not play multiplayer games on my xbox one console for at least 2 months while subscribing to your "xbox live gold" service. Being computer scientist, I tried everything on my side before coming to you for help. It seems to me that the problem occurred
    when renewing my subscription. That's what I did on my side: profile removed and delivered, reset console, new router port configuration (NAT is open), cache emptied and still nothing.

    I posted a support request there are now 8 days and no response from you. I bought a xbox one and I subscribe to an abonment for months and all that for nothing! Do you think help me one day since I still can not play my games online
    and it does not come from my side. As a computer scientist, believe me, I tested everything before asking for help. That's good, it reminds me why I never use the support service but good anyway. Although I take into account how difficult it is for you to
    manage all these people, I have trouble understanding why I still have no answer. THANK YOU !

    Thank you for your reply. You are however mistaken. Doom Eternal has a single-player campaign mode that does not require Live Gold or any online connection. I've been using it for a year without a Live Gold subscription and it has been working fine.

    There is an online multiplayer mode ("Battlemode") that does require Live Gold, but this is a deeper issue--the console is actually not recognizing discs at all.

    Hey,

    If you want play only Single player mode, so you don't need Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.

    But if you want play multiplayer, you will need Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.

    On every multiplayer mode in every game, you need Gold subscription.
