    Active hours set manually but doesn't work


    I was excited for this update and I tried it out. I set it to 11am-11pm then woke up to see it was still shut down. I already talked to xbox support, but he wasn't really helpful. He just told me to clear the mac to fix the timezone or whatever. What am I doing wrong?

    This feature is new, I also had the same problem on my console. I believe it should soon work as expected.

    That code usually means the card wasn't properly activated at the retailer. You would have to try taking it back to the retailer to have them activate the card. If that doesn't work and it still doesn't work after about 24 hours, then you would need to try
    calling support.
