Active Enforcement from almost 2 years ago?

Hello!

I've tried going through any support I could to figure out what's going on with an enforcement from 1/8/2016, which is very much still active on my end. It's not necessarily a big deal not being able to share my name with other players, but why would it
still be active almost 2 years later? When reaching out to Xbox support less than an hour ago to try to find a way to contact the Enforcement Team, who tried their very best to help, this did not show up on their end.





Since this long forgotten enforcement, my birth name was replaced with an initial to avoid more reports, thinking that the enforcement would have an end date. After the fact... when this occurred they actually said they had my last name on file as legitimate,
not a joke. I guess there wasn't an end date.

What do I do here? Beyond confused.

From what it looks like there in the description they have permanently prevented you from sharing your first and last name with other players on xbox one and xbox on windows. all other actions on your account should still be open for you to do .

"Real Name enforcements are not intended to pass judgment on anyone's name or identity. Instead, Real Name enforcements are issued in order to remove harmful and highly offensive content from the Xbox Live service"

Unluckily that enforcement is permanent.
