Active download location

Discus and support Active download location in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For CoD AW there is this pack you have to download, but my system memory is full.     Active download location


    For CoD AW there is this pack you have to download, but my system memory is full. It goes into the active downloads and then it says it can't download. I have a hard drive plugged in with 25 GB left but it automatically downloads to the system memory unit
    and I can't change it to download to the hard drive. Can someone please tell me how?

    Yip, I found it. In the queue for the Active Downloads, it gives you an option to change the download location, but only if it isn't donwloading already. THanks for the help

    not able to download xbox live games with gold

    There are 2 possibilities.

    Does your account region match your actual location?

    Some games are region locked and so your account region must match you actual physical location.

    If you account region does match your location then there is another possible reason.

    There is a bug in the dashboard software that corrupts downloads if you use background downloading.

    When you download a game it is essential that you stay on the active downloads screen otherwise you may get a can't download error.

    So go into your storage settings, and delete the partially downloaded games. Then try downloading again but make sure you stay on the active downloads screen. If you play a game or app or shut the console down for background downloading the download will
    corrupt and you will get a can't download error.

    1. Start the Download

    2. Enter the Youtube APP (or any app that may pause the download)

    3. After you entered Youtube App, there should appear "-your game stopped downloading" Notification

    4. After the notification disappears, Press the Guide Button, Select Active Downloads, Then select your download and change the download location. WORKED FOR ME.
