Activation Key Issue

I just bought a game (FORZA HORIZON3) on the site instant-gaming.com.

I received the activation code but when I entered this code, a message indicated that it was already in use.

I then contacted instant-gaming support who asked me to give them the date and time of using my code. Could you give me this information, which I am communicating to them?

Batman Arkham Asylum Activation key

I recently bought Batman Arkham Asylum (box with activation key and disc inside), but the activation key that's in the box is 15 characters in 3 boxes, while the game asks for 25 characters in 5 boxes. Have i gotten a wrong activation code or has the system
changed? Would appreciate any information regarding this issue.

 

Error activation key

I bought the Xbox. EA Access:12 months, but when entering the activation key the message "activation key error" "unknown error". I checked the key using the account of my friend, the key works. I bought a new key but it is also not activated. Why can't I
activate the key ?
