    Many years ago I bought GTA IV on Steam and now I have troble with activation.
    I activated this game several times before.

    Why I can't activate again?

    Hey!

    It appears your key has actually exceeded the amount of users allowed on said key. Meaning probably because your switched computers the hard ware ID changed making the key not recognize the PC its being used on and denying access. Bring it up to Steam support
    or Rockstar Games support as it seems to be an issue with them. Hope this helped! :)
