    Good day, I bought a code for xbox live gold. when you try to activate it via the website xbox.live.com and console xbox one I get an error XBOS1005 "something went wrong". For the second day, it is impossible to activate the code. Help me please. region

    Same prob. Xbos1005 error. Tried PC and 360 to activate. The Xbox Support said I should send them a photo of the front and the back of the code. They also need the receipt from the store I bought the card.
