    Activation code


    Hello,

    In about June of 2016 I purchased an XBOX One bundle with Halo 5 and The Division games from JB Hifi.

    The Division game was in the form of an unlock code, which I used at the time and it worked, I played for a few hours and didn't play it again. However, after downloading the recent 1.6 patch, I tried to play the game again (still installed on HD) but it is
    saying I need to purchase the game, even though it is installed on my XBox.

    Is there any way I can activate the game again? I no longer have the activation code and don;t want to pay the $69.95.

    Have you check the account that you use to redeem that code? Make sure you are login that account. Sometime it's because you are not set xbox home with that account, so it's need to use that account to login everytime you want to play that game with other
    game tags.
