Activation Code for Xbox one Gold Membership

Hello,

I just had a chat with xbox one representative and gave this link to get support regarding the 12 month gold membership that I did get from email. On December 23, 2016, I purchased xbox one and 12 month membership from Best buy. For some reason, I did not
received the activation code in my email as it was said on the receipt. I lost the original receipt but I requested a copy from Best Buy and I am also attaching this to this post as a proof of my purchased. Until now my son cannot connect online to play with
his friends and keep bugging me everyday. Can you help me resolve this issue please? I will appreciate it very much if I can get this xbox we purchased to able to work.

Xbox live code

paid for my Xbox live gold membership. Didnt receive an activation code.

 

XBOX Gold activation problem

I used the code that came with my XBOX One to activate my Gold membership. I did the full setup process, and got a confirmation email. For some reason, my XBOX won't recognize my activation. Am I doing something wrong?

 

Since the purchase was made from Best Buy, you will need to work with them in order to receive the code.

 

This should be activated via the retailer's end. You may contact support to verify the validity of the code and it's status....
