    I'm having a problem activating Silverlight on XboxVideo.com. It says that its active, but when I try play the video it says its not active

    Silverlight on Xbox 360

    Hi.

    The TV network SKY has a web page -
    www.skygo.it     - allowing registered users to watch a selection of their channels on PC, phones and tablets.

    This page works fine on Windows 10 PC with Silverlight (so on IE, not Edge) and on Windows 8.1 mobile phones.

    I tried to get that page running on Xbox one (no way, the browser is Edge).

    On Xbox 360 the browser is IE, BUT it is impossible to install the Silverlight plugin. I already tried to configure the Xbox 360 browser to load pages as mobile phone, but no way.

    Any chance to have Silverlight installing on Xbox 360?

    Streaming Windows Silverlight Videos on Xbox One's Windows Explorer

    Unfortunately, Internet Explorer on Xbox One does not support Silverlight, and it's unlikely that they will add support for Silverlight any time soon, or ever.

    I'm having the same problem and its kinda annoying that microsoft has not replied to your message to help you out. I have it downloaded and when i go to play the movie it tells me i need to install silverlight to play the movie.......But it already have
    it!!!!!!!!!!! So annoying.

    My guess is that the OP is trying to use that site on Chrome. Chrome no longer supports Sliverlight I've just tried it. It will work in Internet Explorer or Firefox though.
