    Activated CD key - Game doesn't appear in my games - can't get trough to support


    I activated a Nba2k20 cd key, bought from eneba, two days ago trough my xbox one, it reported successful, however when i went to download it under my games, it wasn't there.

    The game does however appear under my games at the xbox webshop.

    I double checked that it's the correct account that's signed in.

    I've tried getting in contact with xbox support, however when going through the virtual assistant's steps, and eventually getting to the point where you can request a call, after i type in my phone number, i get an error stating that they can't connect to
    me, and that i'm free to try again, this has been going on for two days..

    I've tried hard reboot, checking for updates and so on, yet no luck so far.

    Does someone have any experience with this, and possible have a solution for this?

    Hi there,

    Have you tried removing all filters in your library?

    If the problem kept on happening, trying removing and re-adding your account.

    The license said global, and A-Z Gameshop was the provider of the key, but i am unaware of any way to check the accessible region. is it possible on the xbox website?

    Yes, i tried the full power cycle. It also doesn't show up on my other console, leaving me to think it's more of an account issue than a console related one.

    I'm going to keep trying but i've tried for two consecutive days to get in contact with them, but everytime i list my phone number i get an error message saying, "We can't connect to you, feel free to try again", it's becoming a very time consuming issue.

    I'd wish they'd have an email or even just a phoneline you could call yourself.
