Activated a 14 day live trial. Can't play online, says i don't have xbox live.

Hello everyone,

Recently i bought the Call of duty advanced warfare Xbox One. It comes with a 14 day Xbox Live Gold Trial.

2 days ago i activated the code, then i wanted to play COD online and it said that i don't have an xbox live gold

account. I thought i needed to wait a bit so yesterday i tried again. but still no luck.

I thought that if i activated the code again it will work but it said that it's already been used. So the code has been

correctly entered.

I tried to upload a screenshot of my account screen on xbox.com. But it won't let me, it says that i need to add a valid url?

It says Maxim beperkt (in dutch) Maxim restricted in english i think. And at the top it says Xbox live service is beperkt. Translated i think Xbox live service is restricted.

I hope you know what i need to do to go gold.

Unable to play online with friends?

Hello guys,

yesterday I activated my 14-day-trial of Xbox Live Gold I got from Halo 4, but today I discovered that you can't play with more than one player on the same console online. That's why I bought a normal 1-month-gold-membership, but my xbox still acts like I have
the 14-day-trial. Does the regular membership only get activated when the trial is over? Do I have to wait 14 days to play online with friends again or is there a way to somehow deactivate the trial? Someone please help me!

 

xbox live trial not working on new acc

When I activated it, it said that it was ''backwards compatibility code''.

so when i applied a 14 Day Trial code that came with a new XBox One. That activated fine as a "14 Day Trial to XBox Live Gold" and the backwards compatibility thing. However, when I try to play forza horizon it still asks me to sign-up to an XBox Live
Gold subscription.

 

Trial memberships only give you limited access to Live services. One of the things you do not get access to is ranked online multiplayer games. If there is an option to play unranked games or co-op try that.

Otherwise you would need to contact phone support for more assistance with this.

But what is the use of a xbox live gold trial if you can't play online?

On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.

 

Do i still need to activate the code somewhere else?

 

And that's why I traded my xbox one in for a ps4
