Activated 1 Year EA Access Sub on Wrong Account

Hi,

I just redeemed a 1 year EA Access subscription code, but didn't realize the browser had logged me into my old live account (this one), when I was redirected, before doing so. I haven't used this account in probably 7 or 8 years ( - [MOD Removed] ).
My current main account is H4X CHYT tied to [MOD Removed]. Is there anyway of transferring this membership to the correct account or did I just screw myself out of a year of EA Access? That would be pretty disheartening if so.

I just won a 2TB Xbox One S, what do I do now?

EA Access will give you tons of games to get you started.
Just go ahead and spring for the full year, it is less than $30 and completely worth it.
If you get Live you will also get four free games a month, two 360 (yours to keep forever, regardless of Live sub), and two XB1 titles(yours to keep forever, but can only access while having an active Live account).
So for for under $80 you will be set for the year.

just to check, was the gamepass ultimate sub purchased on your sons account, as the ea access part is only available to the active subscriber.

I would recommend purchasing a month of EA Access and testing out the titles from last year, and see if it's something you like. And then if they are, you could buy them at a discount while EA Access is still active, or you could just keep the EA Access
sub alive. I'm not a fan of the EA Sports sports mostly, but if they made a Rugby game I'd likely be in and NHL is... ok? Could be better, but hey, it's serviceable.

For anyone after Xbox LIVE Subs in the UK.

I just see on Twitter a tweet from Gaming Bargains. Some Asda stores are throwing in 1 Year EA Access Code when you buy 1 Year Xbox LIVE Sub. Only trouble is, it doesn't say how much they charge for the sub. Knowing Asda it will probably be cheap.

Again, this EA Access is brilliant value for money! I wanted to buy Plants Vs Zombies and Dragon Age again to play on my new GT for when we hit a quiet patch so it's paying for itself and more all of the time.

That’s NOT what I’m explaining. It has nothing to do with security. Check out Xbox live service status Madden 19. It’s an internal issue. This happens every year. Message on Madden log in: “Thank you for trying out Madden 19. You’re signed in account
requires an active EA Accesss subscription. Please Purchase EA access and try again.” Yes I have an active sub. Yes I’ve already interacted with support. Last year and the year before as well. Look on EAs support forums about Madden 19 and EA access.
EA is diverting the problem to Microsoft.

Understand this has nothing to do with security. I’ve been heavily active on this issue for 2 days now. I’ve tried everything and Microsoft IS aware. Please be aware that this post is about something that happens every year and Microsoft HAS TO permanently
fix this. Yes I HAVE EA access, please dont ask. This annual issue has to end this year or I’m dont with EA Access.

This is where server “communication and authorization” comes into play. It might be even deeper than that, but the engineers need to enhance Access.
