    Hello. Just activated my 1 month free Xbox Live, but when I try and play a game online, it says that my profile isn't allowed to play on Xbox Live. In my PaymentHub, it rightly says that the subscription ends on March 9th which makes sense, given that I
    activated it a few days ago. Any help? I haven't received any emails confirming my ''payment'' (did it via PayPal) either, and after I ''bought'' the subscription, it failed to provide me with the transaction data, or something along those lines.

    Hey,

    I bought a couple of days ago xbox live 1 month, but it is not working. I have the conformation e-mail, but is is not activated on my account. Can someone please help me?

    Are you certain you activated the code on the correct account?

    If so then log in to commerce.microsoft.com to make sure that it is showing on your purchase list. Then contact phone support for assistance with this. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    Hi, i tried to activate the 12 months, it didn't work so i activated my 1 month of Ultimate which worked perfectly fine. My account has Ultimate until January but no xbox live gold.
