    Activate disk


    I have two Xbox One consoles that I installed FIFA 19 with a disk on first device and activated that disk with an account. I installed this game with the same disk on the second device with a new account and bought a new disk to be able to play online
    on the second device. I accidentally put the new disk on the first device and played. Is this disk automatically activated for the new account by placing a new disk in the second device ??

    Discs are not attached to accounts. So once the game is installed it doesn't matter really matter which disc you use with which account or console.

    Disk installtions being ignored

    When a game is installed, the disk is still required. Installs are supposed to "lessen" the disk activity, but the disks will still be accessed, like checking that the disk is matching the installation data (DRM checks).

    Unreadable errors relate to the disk or disk drive I would assume. You've already tried some things, check and make sure the disk is clean and open the drive tray up and make sure that is clean as well.

    No ones quick to reply or update us of any problem to the disc drive i am guessing you maybe right i might be a disk verifaction thing that maybe they dont want us to know about only time will tell one things for sure its definitly was ok before this update
