    Activate code, but I don't see changes in my profile


    I activate promo code for Kinect Sports Ultimate (I have to get some add-on, Basketball and other).

    But I don't see changes in my profile.

    My transaction list is null. Re-enter code display error.

    How can I get add-ons to the game?

    HOW TO REACT AN EXPIRE CODE

    I bought a ticket with code activation to 3 months. There was a promotion with 3 free months but we don't activate the second code immediatly. So after the first three months, we want to activate the second code and a message is written : "the code is expired
    and can't be change". Have you a solution to have a new code free ? We havn't the informations we must activate the 2 codes in the same time.

    Can't redeem game pass code

    I curently have game pass and I live in Romania (where game pass can't be activated)
    I managed to change the location and billing adress of my Microsoft account. I don't see why this would be the problem for not being able to redeem the code.

    After changing my password, activating two-step verification and creating a pass code, my problem was resolved on my 360S after 24 hours, without having to delete and re-download my profile. On my launch 360, I was able to re-download my profile, albeit excruciatingly slow.
