    How Do I Delete A Non Xbox Live Profile Off Of My Xbox?

    When my boyfriend first got his Xbox I signed in with a regular profile. Now, I created an Xbox Live account and I can't get the old profile deleted. Every time I try it says that the action can't be performed. Help?!

    I Tried deleting profile and the response was ''Can't perform action below'' and below it said

    THERE WAS A PROBLEM PERFORMING THAT ACTION.

    After 10/16 Update with Accepted Terms, Xbox Live disconnects

    I tried to delete my gamer profile, after checking my account, and it is my personal Xbox slim with 250 FB HDD. It stated " Can't Perform Action" "There was a problem performing that action"

    Cant Perform This Action

    Some stuff can't be moved or copied to other storage devices, like some gamesaves of specific games.

    Try to select another storage device ingame or try to download your content directly to your USB-memory.

    Or try to use the content-transfer-tool via the storage-settings.

    Hello,

    Have you tried redownloading the profile to the new Xbox or the old Xbox?

    If you don't know how to redownload the profile.

    Make sure you are signed out, sign back in, but before clicking the profile, you want to find download profile.

    Enter your account details and Xbox LIVE will download the profile.

    It will take few minutes to download, depending how much information is attached to the account.

    Also have you tried cleaning the cache on the Xbox?

    Push guide button

    Go to System Settings

    Click Storage

    Hover over any memory unit

    Push Y

    Push A to clear cache

    Try moving the profile again

    Let us know if any of these steps helped.
