Discus and support acouont was blocked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; after i was blocked for life i cant ear players talking in a middle of a a game like i use to befor the block comuncation (not able to send massages...     i cant ear players talking in a middle of a a game like i use to befor the block comuncation (not able to send massages

    i want to know if this problem its related to the block

    and if it is

    how can i unblock my acount

    the block reason was

    curses players in couple massages

    when i was younger

    You need to call the support and when they tell you that you got banned you have to post here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    If you are not banned the support will help you to fix it.

    Xbox enforcement Website

    If it is labeled a communication suspension, this suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications, Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.
