    I have two accounts using the same email and when i try and manage one account it manages both but is mainly linked to the account i do not want to use. I am very confused and need help with everything, because I no longer know which account to use for the store and my login.

    Hello again, usually in account info, if you have one more email associated for the entry into your account is because you added an alias.

    All it lists is my email as (primary Alias). I'm still not sure how to change that

    Acount email.

    Hey guys! When you go on your child account and try to change the WLID it will ask you for your parent's WLID and password to authorize the change. If your parent doesn't remember their log in information, have them check this page (forums.xbox.com/.../153168.aspx).

    Click on the link below, log in with your main account and then go to "Account info", and see if you have any "Alias" added to your account.
