Acount suspension

During a game on R6 I had to tk a teammate for the defuser it was a ranked game and I was in a chat with 2 other people so I try and down a person for the bomb, but I ended up killing him.( we ended up winning the round So he message me to uninstall
the game and called me trash and how he was better than me in kill death ratios. so I said "bitch your saltier than your dad when your mom told him the birth controlled failed" then he invited me to a party and said that my parents didn't love me and kicked
me, But the funs not over yet he invites me again only to say that he was going to get me banned for a month , was going to loose the right to play R6 a game which I paid for and I was going to die alone. a few days later and I open my xbox sign in and I
have been banned for 2 weeks for saying something in which the person I was saying it to was also saying. so should have I been banned for this?

Acount A and B are gamersharing. Can there be a acount C that also puts his acount on acounts A s console. Then acount A will also be able to play acounts C s games???

It doesn't matter who says what first. If comments are made that break the code of conduct and are reported, the Enforcement team will investigate.

If you feel the suspension is in error, you can submit a case review at
ttps://enforcement.xbox.com/ , if qualified. Only an Enforcement team can respond to any specific suspensions they issue.

Best course of action when you encounter a player like that in the future - don't respond with anything that is against the code of conduct, mute, block and ignore the player.

 

Mistress Sara is correct. It makes no difference who said what, you would be suspended if your actions or comments are in violation of our code of conduct. It is entirely possible the other player received a suspension as well for his part
if he was also in violation. But to protect everyone's privacy we could not discuss another players account so there's no way to know. Brush up on the code of conduct here...
