Acount Hacked?

Hello. my hacked account is RapidSteamEngie. 12 days ago, i got a email that said i'm enforced. here is the details



"The conduct that caused this suspension may include but is not limited to:

• Altering the appearance of your avatar outside of officially supported tools
• Illegitimately gaining achievements or avatar awards
• Manipulating watermarks, tenure level, or other account identifiers
  
• Unauthorized changes to in-game parameters
• Making unauthorized modifications to your account or profile

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team through either complaints filed by other Xbox Live users or in the course of our operation of the service. The Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints
and other evidence regarding this conduct and determined it violates the Xbox Live Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has enacted this suspension against your account."

I don't believe this is true. because i don't have gold or any type of payment to my account.

Acount A and B are gamersharing. Can there be a acount C that also puts his acount on acounts A s console. Then acount A will also be able to play acounts C s games???

This is what is known as a permanent suspension. The PET (Enforcement Team) are responsible for handing out service / console suspensions. They only monitor their own forum section which can be found below. My advice would be to post in there if you feel
you need more clarity on the matter. Please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed before they are published, so you may not see your thread appear straight away.

To add onto my above post, if you feel that your account was breached in any way, you would need to call
Phone Support and ask them to conduct an 'Unauthorized Access Investigation'. This will lock your account for the duration on the investigation and they will follow up with you once they reach
a conclusion.

That's a perma ban, the Policy Enforcement Team is responsible for bans. Ambassadors won't be able to help you with this. The PET don't hand them out casually, so I wouldn't expect them to reverse the ban.
