Acount getting banned for no reason

So I was playing mw2 with my friend and I randomly got banned and it is holidays for 4 weeks nut my account is banned for 5 weeks

This is what you do when your being trash-talked too.

1: Don't respond

2: Report them

3: Block them

If you follow these three easy rules you will never get banned yourself (that is unless you T-Bag people)

This guy on Xbox named "Nathans II" is continuously reporting me for doing absolutely nothing to harm him and I am getting Suspended every day that I get out of suspension. What do I do??????

There is always a reason for a suspension. You should see a brief description detailed as to why you was suspended in an E-Mail that is associated with your Gamertag. If you was playing MW2, the chances are you was banned for cheating which could include
(Modifications, or playing with someone repeatedly that has modifications, knowing that he has modified) But this is just an off-hand guess.

But I don't think they'll give out any more extra information in regards to the suspension, as you would get in the E-Mail you should have received from the Enforcement Team to notify you of your suspension.

No one on this forum has any information to why people got suspended, and no one on Support Chat/Phone Support can give you the reason for your suspension, nor will they have any information relating to your suspension. Your best bet is to wait out the suspension
and review the Code of Conduct so you can be sure to avoid any suspensions in the near or distant future.
