I've already tried that and it didn't work and I'm running out of ideas on what to do

It's changed now davemcfly.

For certain things like a modded avatar,offensive bio/profile etc. you can now be given a warning to change it within 30 days or you will be banned.

my just x ilusions acount has been banned by a xbox live player and i talked to a staff of microsoft and told me to come write the reason why i was playing modern warfare 2 and i was accussed of having aimbot because im good at games

Unfortunetly not, no.

I did ask someone else, for their view on this, and they are unsure how you can do this. However, I do believe the Enforcement agent could have been talking about a warning they could have sent you in the past, informing you that you have 30 days to change
your Avatar. Otherwise you will be banned.

This is all I can recommend as there is no other way to contact the Enforcement team. They did used to participate within their forums, which where for Account Enforcement Actions, suspensions and console bans. However, when the Case Review option became
available, they moved over there.
