acount ban

so recently my acount was banned because I made my avatar blue witch I did several years ago so I filed a case review and they said to remove the modifications made to the avatar within 30 days but I can't sign on to change the modifications made because
I'm banned so I'm not sure how to remove the modifications?!

Unfortunately, the only way to communicate with the Xbox Enforcement team regarding this is via "Case for Review." Since your account is banned even though they are asking for you to remove the modifications by creating a new Avatar which does require you
to login to Xbox Live, please continue to reply back to them from the same case you have open. If you're not able to do that, please try to see if you can start a new case with them regarding this.

 

I always thought that any mods that alter an account (making avatar blue etc) meant perm ban with no way to appeal it.

 

It's changed now davemcfly.

For certain things like a modded avatar,offensive bio/profile etc. you can now be given a warning to change it within 30 days or you will be banned.

 

how can I open another case review while this one is still in progress ?

 

You can't. Only one case review is allowed.

Try logging into the account through xbox.com, you may be able to change your avatar through the website, which could be what they where referring to. It may work, it may not.

No you can't reply in it. You just have to wait for them to make a decision.

 

if I wait for them to make a decision then my account will for sure be banned forever because I didn't change the color of my avatar

 

but in your first post you said you made it blue
