    Hey there Christopher,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the Xbox One not connecting to the network. I would advise attempting to

    Physically Power Cycle your Xbox One     as well as the router. To power cycle the router you can unplug the power cord for about 1-2 minutes and then powering it back on. Once you have power cycled both devices try to connect again.
