    So my account was suspended due to past due payment because it was charging money from a debit card that had no money in it and I'm trying to pay for it with a different debit card but it keeps saying that I cannot pay with that debit visa card for some
    reason :/ please help

    Help with past due payment

    You will need to call phone support and speak to someone in order to resolve payment issues. Your account will stay suspended until you pay off the past due amount.

    Hi there, My account was suspended a few days ago because there was no money on the Credit card i use to pay for Xbox live. I have spoken to Xbox live over the phone and they told me that I was giving a grace period of xbox live which i now owe them £14.99
    and I just wanted to clear some things up. The account was on auto renew every three months, if i purchase a 12 month subscription on a prepaid scratch card and phone xbox live will they be able to reconnect me to xbox live Gold for the duration of the prepaid
    card? If i am succesfull in this will it then be possible to delete the credit cards associated with the account and the auto renew function, and just purchase the prepayed cards in the future?

    The reason that it is not showing on your account normally means that there is a past due payment due on that payment option and can not be used until that past due is taken care of with another payment option.

    Actually if you are suspended for payment option or past due

    You are 21 days into the renewal

    You turning off autorenewal wouldnt have stopped the renewal 2 days ago it wouldve have to have been 21 dayd ago

    Your only optio. Is to update the payment method and pay the past due balance and then ask for a refund

    They do give you multiple chances to update the past due balance before they suspend you its never immediate

    Same with your internet or cable company
