achivements taken because of cheating with Gamerscore

hi i was banned by xbox enforcement because i cheated by unlocking achievements that i had not earned, i cheated exacly 7000 GS but not more. but why did you guys at enforcement took almost all of my Gamerscore?! i had earned all those others that was not
unlocked at the same day as i unlocked in a few games by cheating last year. i really want those Achivements back if possible i will not cheat ever again i have learned my lesson. why did you guys take almost everything, if you had taken those 7000 that i
had not earned that would be okay because i cheated those.

almost all of my achivements taken when i got banned why?

i was recently unbanned a few hours ago but when i got banned on 27.10.2016 you guys at enforcement took almost all of my hard earned GamerScore and achivements i had earned a litte bit over 36.000 that i had earned without cheating as you guys know i have.
but can i please get back achivements on at least half of my games? its so unfair how could you take all of it? i look like a noob with only 740 GS and just a few achivements.

While you're not using a prohibited tool to obtain the achivement, you are manipulating the console to generate an achivement intended to be obtained only after a year.

The
thing that makes it a "NO NO" is that you're manipulating the console (cheating) to obtain an achivement.

If you're not advertising your gamerscore to the world, then it doesn't matter
what you do.

 

The achievements were removed because of cheating. Unlocking achievements through other means than what is intended by the developer, is against the
Code of Conduct.

Don’t cheat or tamper. For example, don't:

• Use unauthorized hardware or software
• Exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches
• Make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents (e.g., tenure, Avatar, game saves, Gamerscore, achievements)
• Intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods

As Otaku said the achievements are removed due to cheating/tampering.

Gamerscore resets issued by the Enforcement Team reset all the achievements on an account, not just the ones unlocked by circumventing normal game play. If you want any of those previously earned achievements back, they will have to be earned on a new account.
They cannot be re-earned on an account that was reset.
